Toolbar Removal Instructions

To remove/uninstall one of our toolbars from your computer please select the appropriate link below based on your browser and operating system.  Link will open instructions in a new window or tab.




Browser Homepage/Start page still says Ask.com:

If you are still seeing Ask.com (or mywebsearch.com) after uninstalling our toolbar, it is likely that your browser's homepage has not yet been reset back to its previous setting.  For instructions on resetting your homepage please see our help article here:

Need to reset your browser's default search?  If you need help in restoring your browser's default search we can help.  

I'm still having difficulty removing the toolbar and need more help.  How do I contact customer support?
